Burberry launches campaign for Rocking Horse Bag

With high-margin accessories being key to profitability in the luxury sector, Burberry has just unveiled a new campaign for a key bag model.

It’s celebrating the Rocking Horse Bag in the new campaign with a group of its high-profile brand ambassadors and models fronting the imagery.

Bright, Jun Ji-Hyun and Tang Wei appear, alongside actress Asami Mizukawa and models Lily Donaldson and Nora Attal, in the latest creative.

The bag is a key item for the label, reflecting Burberry’s longstanding ties to the equestrian world. The Rocking Horse has rein-inspired straps and a curved shape, reminiscent of the classic childhood toy after which it’s named.

New Burberry branding is showcased through a circular fastening that pivots in place to form the shape of a lowercase ‘b’, which is a new house motif.

The Equestrian Knight Design that’s been a key feature of its collections since the arrival of Daniel Lee is embossed on the back of the bag and the longstanding signature Burberry Check is featured inside selected styles.
